CHALLENGE: Individuals with COPD–typically former smokers–don’t see their condition as able to be treated, or requiring specific treatment.

SOLUTION: A site and online ad units that provided patients details about Spiriva medication, including testimonial videos of patients describing how treatment has transformed their lives on a day-to-day basis.

“100 Days, 100 Ways”: Supporting patients with an adherence program

CHALLENGE: Keep patients–the majority of whom otherwise would lapse their treatment in the first few weeks–taking SPIRIVA. BUT, once patients get through the first few months, they’re more likely to stay on the medication in perpetuity.

SOLUTION: A program that provided 100 days of tips about treatment and managing symptoms; content included four animated Coaching videos in a series called “Breathing Smarts.”
