During my tenure at Digitas, I worked on American Express for more than a year, primarily working on the tools and resources targeted to small business owners on the brand OPEN. During that time, I oversaw a team of four copywriters, and multiple projects: The website OPEN Forum and its content strategy, which published new articles weekly; the promotional campaign around Plum, a card with flexible payment terms; and American Express Platinum Business, for which I profiled multiple business owners in video stories detailing their use of benefits.
I also worked on consumer American Express products such as Membership Rewards and American Express Gold Card Membership Rewards. I oversaw multiple online banner campaigns, and several highly innovative interactive websites detailing benefits, and directed a series of videos showcasing business owners.
